Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before your order is shipped. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping takes approximately 1-3 days via USPS Priority to the address you provide. Tribal NYC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. Tribal NYC is not responsible for courier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holidays. Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages.

Returns

We do not accept returns or process cancellations under any circumstances. If you have any questions regarding the quality or contents of our products, make sure to read the product description or contact us via email at info@tribalnewyorkcity.com

Please note: If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, we will exchange the item after proper documentation is provided, NO MORE than 14 days after the order is received.

Exchange Instructions:

1. Send an email & photo explaining the issue to customerservice@tribalnewyorkcity.com. Please note that any exchange received after the 7 day grace period will be returned. No exchanges will be accepted without proper documentation.
